Founded in 1980, the history of a completely
new training quality was written.

We have revolutionized training and continue to improve it.

King Of Machines

Since 1980, we have been developing and producing the best strength training equipment 
in the heart of the Ruhr area. Our focus is on excellent biomechanics, unsurpassed quality and durability as well as clear design. Our production process combines state-of-the-art technology and traditional craftsmanship, with an in-house production depth of over 95% – that’s quality “Made in Germany”.

1980

Schwarzenegger, Moller & Herden on the early years of gym80.

1990

Wolfgang Hillman takes over the company.

2003

Sonja Srombreg takes over the management of the company.

2006

Eat van Winkelhof, Sonja van Winkelhof & Simal Yimaz.

2012

Expansion of production: digitization.

2020

Anniversary: 40 years King of Machines.

2021

Partnership with the RSG Group.
Expansion into the American market.
