The dip station is compatible with all of our popular racks and allows for dips for the arm extensor muscles as well as exercises such as leg lifts for the abdominal muscles.

Our sandwich style J-hooks consist of two steel sheets enclosing a plastic piece. This cushions and protects the dumbbell when it is put down. The J-hooks are compatible with all our popular racks and rigs.
